About This Project
TFT Bad Luck Calculator is a browser-based planning tool for Teamfight Tactics players. Its goal is to help players estimate reroll cost, compare board states, and better understand whether a miss was normal variance or unusually poor luck.
What the site is for
The site focuses on practical reroll decisions: how much gold you may need, how difficult a hit is at a given level, and how multiple unit targets affect the total roll-down. It is intended as a utility for learning and planning rather than as an official Riot product.
How the calculator works
The app combines TFT shop odds, shared pool assumptions, and a simulation-based deck estimate to produce expected rerolls, expected gold, and a bad luck comparison. All core calculator interactions currently run in the browser.
Independence and limitations
The project is independent from Riot Games and should be treated as an educational companion tool. It does not access official match data, does not guarantee in-game results, and may need updates when a TFT set, patch, champion pool, or shop rule changes.
Content approach
The guide content is written to make probability and economy decisions easier to understand. Pages focus on practical concepts such as scouting, contested units, slow rolling, roll-down timing, and interpreting unlucky outcomes without overreacting to one game.
Project status
This project is currently being prepared for public launch, broader content expansion, and monetization review. Policy pages and informational content are being refined as the site moves toward a stable public release.
Contact and ownership
This is an independent fan-made project. For project ownership reference, the current public GitHub owner profile is: Leedongwoo-hydraulics.
Before full public launch, a dedicated public support or business contact method should be added if you plan to operate the site as a long-term service.
